Unique Supportive Services is a Milwaukee-based supportive home care agency committed to compassionate, dependable, and person-centered support. We believe quality care starts with listening to each individual, understanding their needs, preferences, routines, and goals, and providing authorized services with respect and consistency.
We support adults, older adults, and adults with disabilities with everyday activities that help them remain safe, comfortable, respected, and as independent as possible at home and in the community.

Our Services
Dependable, non-medical support tailored to each individual’s unique needs, preferences, goals, and authorized service plan.
Supportive Home Care
Person-centered assistance with everyday routines, meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, organization, appointment and routine reminders, and other authorized non-medical supports.
Personal Assistance & Daily Living Support
Respectful assistance with bathing and grooming, dressing, toileting, eating and meal assistance, mobility and transfers, medication reminders, and daily routines when included in the person's authorized plan.
Respite Care
Reliable support that gives family caregivers time to rest, handle responsibilities, or recharge while their loved one receives supervision, companionship, routine support, and other authorized assistance.
Senior Support
Compassionate in-home support for older adults, including companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, mobility support, routine assistance, and appointment reminders.
Disability Support
Respectful, person-centered support for adults with physical, developmental, and other disabilities who need assistance with daily activities while maintaining independence at home and in the community.
Medication & Routine Reminders
Medication reminders, appointment reminders, cueing, and support with daily schedules within agency policy, staff training, assigned duties, and applicable program requirements.
Homemaker Support
Light housekeeping, laundry, meal planning, meal preparation, and household organization when included in the authorized plan.
Companionship & Community Support
Companionship, social support, errands, shopping, appointment support, and community participation when authorized and program requirements are satisfied.
Children & Family Support — Coming Soon
We are working toward approval to provide services for children and families through Wisconsin's Children's Long-Term Support (CLTS) Program. These services are not yet available.
